Pathways to SmartCare Farm Poster

I was hired to put together a poster for the 3rd annual Farm to Table Pittsburgh conference. It was fun to put together and email back and forth with the dozens of photographers who submitted their view of what a Farm of Western Pennsylvania looks like to them.
